James and Karla discuss the definition of a disaster and how it relates to mental health, the types of disasters to which they respond, and how the Office of Disaster Mental Health is coordinated. Meredith, Rachel and Zachary speak about their experience in the field, including working with the victims of the floods in Ulster County and Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
